This may help you..especially the last paragraph

Seller Hub is a central place for managing and growing your business. It's free and available to all eBay sellers, and it consolidates the features and tools found in My eBay, Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro. From Seller Hub, you can:

• Create, edit, and manage listings
• Handle orders, cancellations, and returns
• Create custom dashboards to track listing activity, sales, selling cost data, and more

You can also access your eBay Shop and Promotions Manager, as well as promote your listings from Seller Hub. If you subscribe to a Featured or Anchor Shop or Selling Manager Pro, you can manage your inventory and automate feedback.

If you're an existing seller and don't want to use Seller Hub, you can opt out from the Overview page in Seller Hub. This allows you to switch back to other tools like My eBay, Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro. Newly-registered business accounts won't be able to opt out of Seller Hub.
