ahhh i dont understand ebay anymore....i bought something sent it back..i did not print the the return label as i have no ink.....still waiting for a refund yet ebay closes it  as i did not use the label provided??...it never used to be like this.....now all my messages and contact us..says item `cancelled`...but i still want a refund

If, and only if, you used tracked postage,  you can try a PayPal claim.

The Case is Closed because without using the Returns Label EBay don't know if you have Returned the Item or Not?

Sorry but once a Case is Closed Ebay can no longer Force a Refund. Hopefully the Seller will Refund you when they receive the Item back.
