nonpayment and relisting

I listed a car, the buyer was fake, never paid. I waited the 4 days, canceled the order, I was never given an option to relist. What should I do?

We cannot seem to see the completed item in your listings.  The problem possibly is that although you will get a credit for your final value fee you are still charged a listing fee for motors and that is not credited. 

The problem is best expressed perhaps as "would any buyer really commit to a car costing a lot of money without seeing it?". There is the option to use a "Classified listing" for motors where [similar to a newspaper] a fee is charged to list ~ £20 and the buyer can make contact to view

You can relist it yourself by going to the sold items in your seller hub, the reist icon shoud be there.
