Hi can anyone help ive paid for some goods and they did not turn up but had email saying been delivered and tracking number, got intouch with seller who said will resend, did not arrive and does not return messages, filed none return with ebay, they looked into this and declined it, i appealed and straight away was declined, since that ive been intouch with royal mail and it took 10 days for them to investigate this and recieved letter today saying items was not delivered to my address but another address which the sender sent to, cannot get where due to data protection, im out of pocket and ive tried to get my money back through ebay but cannot raise on the original case i had.
any help on the above
