There does not appear to be any way to either get the transaction cancelled or to contact eBay to get the matter sorted out.
I tried contacting buyer weeks ago.
The present seller format is a total disaster, the previous format was so much easier to use.
adding to redwick1 advice -
It.s always best to learn all the rules to protect yourself.
looking at your feedback profile, the transaction are too old to cancel and give unpaid strikes.
however you still could have problems because the 5 false positives you left the buyer are serious feedback abuse that can harm your account if the buyer reports you.
also you might goad the buyer into thrashing your account with bad feedback.
If you have a non payer then you wait 4 full days and the option to cancel the transaction will be there automatically
Either you or ebay cancel the transaction to get your fees back
The non payer gets a non payment strike
If it is weeks ago then you are probably out of time
Go to the item in your Sold section and if in time the option should be there
You dont need to contact ebay it is all done automatically
