hi can anyone help. I reported an item wasn't delivered and after the seller didn't reply to emails I contacted Ebay. They opened a case and I emailed the seller several times - still no response. I got an Ebay email telling me to close the case or escalate it. However every time I tried to escalate it I got a message to be patient there was still time for the seller to respond I tried to phone Ebay and spent an hour and a half on hold listening to music and now Ebay have closed the case. This is so frustrating. I have tried to report the item again as not received and it won't let me and I can't contact Ebay without linking it to an item. Any suggestions?
If the ebay case has closed you won't be able to reopen it.
You can still open a case in Paypal's resolution centre, escalate it at the first opportunity, ignore any communication from the seller and wait for Paypal to force the seller to refund.
