non delivery

i have just found that an item i paid for £100 was never going to be delivered , now opened a case against the seller who has areed a refund now i have to wait 2 weeks while paypal return my money ( took it out of my bank quick enough though , now my quetion is can i leave this seller the worste feed back he deserves
