At a guess, it may be because you used the "condition" box to invite people to ask questions.
This message will be computer generated, based simply on scanning for keywords that might be an attempt to solicit off-eBay contact. Placing the words "feel free to ask" in a box intended to describe the item condition was probably enough to trigger it.
