no response from seker about iten

i opened a case about not receiving my item, seller has not returned messages even tho i opened a case. trying to get hold of ebayon the phone is a nightmare, get a call back press the corre t buttons and still nothing, where do i go from here ?? as i wont my money refunded from an unrealiable seller.

If you have opened the case that is exactly whay you should have done. If it has not arrived after 8 days then you escalate the case and eBay step in and refund. Seller gets a defect too!

You do not need to "contact seller" he knows about it!  You do not need to "speak to eBay" - just follow the [automatic] system; it works!
