no refund given

I returned an item at my own expense  ( I do not have a printer so cant use the printed label)  seller is not responsive and ebay simply keep telling me to "Send the item back"  unless you use the printed label ebay's system is incapable of understanding that the item has been returned.

I try to utilise the online chat facility but the robot replies "sorry we cant deal with matters 'outside ebay'  what ever I write !     Am  going mad I complain to ebay that iI have sent the item back and they reply "you will get a refund if you send it back"I have a receipt for postage but without the aid of a spiritualist there is no way of communicating the fact to ebay !

You need to give EBay the Tracking Number. They cannot Refund you without Confirmed Delivery or Attempted Delivery back to the Seller.
