I'm afraid not! The Seller Hub is slowly being rolled out to everyone, as you have found you can flip back temporarily then it will change back to the hub.
It does take a bit of getting used to. Did you know you can customise your homepage? Go top right and click on the link Customise. There, you can select the columns of information you want to see on your landing page, and rearrange them in order too.
Maybe a small crumb of comfort!
