Hi ebayers , i would like your opinion on a negative feedback that i received , before xmas i sold a suit to someone but unknown to me my daughter had already sold it to someone else , i contacted the lady and explained what had happened and told her if i could i would get her another one . the lady had not paid for it so i thought that was it , she then asked me to mark it as paid because ebay were pestering her to pay for it , i did mark it as paid although she not and heard no more until i got the negative feedback , how is it possible for her to leave me a negative feedback when i contacted her and she did not pay for anything !?, i contacted ebay and they said to contact her , i did and got no response , any advice you give i would be grateful , thanks , ernestshanna x
Because you marked it as paid the buyer was able to leave you negative feedback, it can't be removed.
You should have completed a mutual cancellation.
