Hi
I had a selller who apparently opened a case against me for not returning an item.
I checked the tracking, and it was signed for.
Ebay has refunded me in full.
I left him negative feedback, and he is now asking me to remove it.
He says that he never opened a case against me, although this is the message that I received from ebay.
I have never left bad feedback before, and don't wish to be unfair.
Any suggestions welcome.
I think he's right as I can't think of a case he could have opened against you.
Ask him to send you a feedback revision form.
