When does necter points get added to your account.

You have to link your Nectar card details to your eBay account,  from My eBay  >>  click on Nectar logo there.

Then,  whenever you purchase an item  on eBay,   Nectar points are added .  You will see how many for each item,  when you checkout in Paypal.
