my refund.

l purchased an item that when it came was totally different from what ld ordered l let the seller know l wasnt happy and had returned with proof of postage l could not print off postage label as l dont have a printer its not showing that l have returned it its just saying print off postage label the seller knows full well hes had it back cant get anyone at ebay by phone and cant get on to live chat any advice please.

Presumably then you paid for that fully tracked return postage.

 

If so,  then you open a case for item not as described from the Resolution Centre,  link at foot of most pages.  Enter that tracking number,  and it then gives the seller 5 days to refund you.

 

If they do not,  you escalate the case on day 6 ,  eBay step in and fully refund you. 

 

Returned items do not actually have to prove being posted,  or then a seller could just refuse it,  and no refunds would be made.  That tracking number is therefore,  essential to prove it was posted,  without the nuber,  you cannot win any case.
