Is it just ebay you are having problems with on your computer?.
Do other sites open up properly?.
It may not work but always worth trying
Try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer
Restart your computer
If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome
If it was all your sites that were not working on the home wi fi then could it be because you are using roaming data. ?
