my buyer does not return the item

My buyer has an item that appears damaged yet hermes has delivery picture showing no damage. Buyer has requested refund but my options are presented as full refund only with postage not paid by them but by me desspite me setting that on returns buyer should pay and also should request within 14 days which they did not.

Buyers have 30 days to Open an Item Not As Described/Damaged Case with Ebay. You can only Refuse a Change of Mind Return such as Wrong Size or Colour etc. You will have to generate a Returns Label through the Case within 8 days and fully Refund when you get the Item back. If you don't comply you will lose the Final Value Fee Credit and Receive a Damaging Defect on your Account.
