I am a new seller. I sold a piano and it has been collected. I have a photo graph of the buyer shifting the piano out of my house. eBay say they won't pay me until 1st August plus they have taken off some money as fees when it said it was a free advert. Is this right? How can I contact eBay to resolve the issue?
For information ... As a New, returning or occasional seller, your payments are/will be liable to a 21 day hold >

Edit to add:- see Proof of Collection options here ... QR 6 digit code or a Buyer signed copy of order is acceptable =

it was free to advertise, ebay always charge when an item sells
you need to mark the item as dispatched,
because you are a new seller and don't have a tracking number showing the item as delivered, you will have to wait up to 21 days for the money to be released
a photo means nothing and won't be accepted by ebay
