I have just found out that my case was closed due to inactivity but I was waiting for ebay to act on my behalf and I was waiting to hear from you. I had not had contact from the seller since the first contact. I had been checking with ebay to see if there had been a decision made but I have now been told that it was closed. I was sure that I had opened the case for ebay to step in. as it was a cost of over £18.00 and for christmas presents that have not arrived. Please can you look into this for me, or at least re contact the seller on my behalf Thank you I will also contact you by phone as I have been waiting for you, have I missed something? Best wishes
You were advised a month ago to open a case with Paypal as you were out of time for an eBay case.
You must do this now if still within 180 days from payment and escalate with Paypal after 2 days and before 20 days are up.
This is your last chance at a refund if you do not take action you will not be refunded.
