How do I cancel a refund when the item turns up eventually?

Go to the Resolution Centre link at foot of most pages,  and find your case details.  You will see a question worded something like ....  have you recveived your item / refund.  Answer yes,  and close the case.

You say ' eventually',  do not close the case early before it has turned up,  do not close on any promsies from the seller,  once closed another  case cannot be opened with eBay

Thanks for your advice. I've sent a message to the seller, to let them know that the item has been found, but their eCheque refund is underway already - can I stop that eCheque process or do I need to let it happen and then repay the seller?

Probably too late to cancel....it is the seller who would need to cancel if it was an option.......you will probably need to repay after it clears
