item description shows it has a 40,000 4 year warranty - it has failed after 7 months and seller states items only comes with 6 months warranty and that the invoice supplied states if you want a 24 month warranty its an additional 12% of purchase price or 4 year 40k warranty thats an extra 18% ontop of the purchase price - i have reported to ebay and paypal is uanble to do anything as its out of the 180 days.

I am now stuck any advice would be greatful alos how would i change my original feedback for this seller

as they are a business seller have a word with trading standards through CAB.
