messages with attachment not getting there

it would seem every time i send a message with a diagram or picture of what i want to seller they dont get the message soon as i send without an attachment  they get the message ????

Presumably they are a business seller with an email address on their listing, use that.

So why are you sending them a message with what you want? That sounds like a business seller offering choices, something a private seller doesn't do.

because private sellers are people selling their own unwanted personal possessions, so you can't send them a picture of the thing you want them to make!

Can ad I can send pics photos between others accounts so that’s not correct . Are you actually talking fact or just making it up

We are not saying you can't as in physically impossible, although it seems in this particular case you are finding it impossible and we don't know why, but 'can't' in the sense that private sellers will not need this information, and if they do, they are really a business seller registered with the wrong sort of account. A properly registered business seller will have other ways of contacting them on their listing, a legal requirement, and the solution I gave you in the first place.

Just sent pics photos to other accounts so does work regardless of account . Business sellers don’t necessarily have business accounts there loads of men in their sheds will do bespoke work

I could understand if it was a business seller selling made to order items,

but what are you trying to send to a private seller?

just a picture or a drawing , not all are buisness sellers but i will now go down the email route as you say if is a buiness seller and has email address ,, but i shouldnt have to

why are you sending a seller a drawing?

ebay don't allow contact before an item has been sold,

If your asking about items to buy via messages then ebay do block them to avoid off ebay deals.

No , if I want a bespoke item cut to my size , says send a message and you can attach pics , they then list item to my spec . Not asking to buy out side eBay that’s a different question .

Well there not ,so that doesn’t help in the slightest and I couldn’t care if they are a business seller or not .
