I have a message from E-Bay 'Check-out incomplete' which when opened asks me to complete my purchase.
I have contacted the seller to ask if they can throw light on the matter and whether they can resolve it, but anticipate that it may take a little while to receive a response as it is a Charity.
I am aware that clicking on a Buy It Now is a commitment to buy.
However, to the best of my knowledge I did not make an offer, nor click the buy it now on this item;but do remember looking at it on my mobile 'phone as I am contemplating listing some items and was researching what is happening on e-bay at the moment.
I cannot say on which particular day this was because I clear out my recently viewed items from time to time.
I have no unpaid items showing. No unpaid invoices showing.
I would be very grateful fro help from the community to help me understand what has happened here.
Thank-you in anticipation.

What has happened is that when browsing on your phone you have inadvertently clicked to buy it. This could have been due to a screen lag where you were looking at one screen but the touchscreen was still linked to another.
You need to ask the seller to cancel your order.
