Hello,  I am seller I received email that my all accounts have mc011 . This is because I open a private account to sell my unwanted items, Some can help me ?

Do you mean you have been restricted 

What reason did the email give

You are selling a few brand new items in several different sizes

That does not seem just a few unwanted items it sounds as if you are buying to sell

ARe the items genuine or could they have been reported by the brand owner

If you have been restricted then the email would say why and for how long

There is nothing you can do to get round that
