I've opted in to have my Managed Payments paid into bank on a Tuesday, today it is showing the payment Declined!!! Contact Ebay and they say there is an issue and i "should" have the money tomorrow, is anyone else having this issue? Managed payments seemed like a good thing but this is terrible, it's the 2nd time the Payout system has gone wrong, last time it only paid out half the available funds, now nothing, this is my only income, I need the money. I feel like I'm a guinea pig for a really rubbish system.....aaaagh!!!
