a buyer of mine left negative feedback which i thought was totally unjustified.So i looked into it and having checked her feedback left for sellers the last 14 sellers have received exactly the same negative feedback .
this cant be an extremely unlucky buyer it is spiteful use of the feedback system
i reported this to ebay wanting the removal of the feedback and hopefully the removal of the buyer .
ebay got back to me the next day sauying they would remove the comment but leave the feedback in place !!!!. i looked more closly at the ebay responce and it isnt about my item but some item i have not or ever do sell . what do i do the feedback will impact my sales as it undoubtably has to the other sellers she has done this to
