I sent a parcel via UPS on the 5th March 21, the buyer did not recieve the parcel, the delivery driver claim it was refused, strongly denied by the buyer, hence the buyer requested a refund which I completed. Following numerous phone calls with UPS and them claiming I had rejected and abandoned the parcel , on the 1st April 21, they decided to say the parcel was lost and I need to make a claim via Ebay. I have looked at the help pages however they all discuss the buyer requesting a refund and nothing about how the seller makes a claim for lost package. I have tried going via the UPS website to register a claim however I can not do this as I have no account number to register the claim. Can someone please advised me on what I can do now to make a claim?
