looks like ive been scammed cant get a refund i paid for a iphone then the advert was vanished

If you paid using Paypal open a "not received" case here:

https://www.paypal.com/uk/disputes/

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.

Or if you used your debit card ring your bank.   If you used your credit card ring your card provider and see if they can help.
