How to stop listings from the U.S.A, as I only purchase from UK.

First you search, then you go to left side of the page and select UK only. Read the other options, the more you know about where things are the easier it is to search.

Use the Filter top right when Searching. You can select UK Only it is the Item Location though not the Country.
