I bought an item a year ago and it's lightly used - I listed it for sale and ebay withdrew the listing as counterfeit. I have the original purchase details - the vendor is a high volume seller with good feedback. I contacted vendor who says item was genuine not counterfeit.
I'm currently stuck and don't know how to appeal the ebay decision or what to do next.
I'm welcome advice please.
No Ebay don't just Remove Listings unless it's a Compromised Account. Such as Crooks listing Vehicles that don't exist. Your Sandals were Removed because the Rights Owner complained. (See VERO at the very foot of the Page.). Unfortunately the other current Listings haven't been Reported yet. Some Authorised Business Sellers may have permission to Sell them?
Will be the Brand Rights Owner who has complained through Ebay 's VERO Programme. A lot of High End Designers don't want their Items Listed on here. The Item may be Authentic but If Ebay have Removed it, there is nothing you can do.
