hi,
we recently bought two identical boxes of pencils from different sellers and unfortunately left feedback for the second purchase rather than the first item bought. The second box of pencils hasnt yet arrived (advised due date 3rd - 4th of october, so still time for it to turn up tomorrow).
Can we cancel the wrong feedback, and would this mistake have an adverse effect in the event that the second purchase doesnt in fact turn up??
Any advice would be most appreciated,

Once positive feedback is left, it cannot be changed.
However, should there be a problem with the item when you receive it, do not worry, for if you need to claim for any refund for an itym not as descirbed / not delivered, that feedback is not taken into account.
You left positive feedback mistaking the seller or item. That cannot be changed.
If there were to be a problem with the item arriving you can still open a case; feedback is not considered as there are times when it is left mistakenly, as here
