Does anyone have any advice on leaving feedback after buying as a guest. I have returned curtains in August and so far not had a refund. Thanks in advance.
If you bought as a guest did you open a dispute in paypal before returning them.
That is what you should do and you should be OK still to open the dispute now as on paypal you have 180 days
You will need to phone paypal and ask them to open it
You add the tracking of the return into the dispute and as long as it says Delivered or attempted delivery you should force the refund
Could be wrong but I dont think you can leave feedback but I dare someone will put me straight on that
You could save yourself a lot of bother by having a paypal account and adding a card or bank account. You can then pay using paypal, the purchase is in your purchases, you can leave feedback and are in complete control if you have to open any cases.
