why should we the seller get penalised for late delivery when the delivery companies are taking so long to delivery during December that coupled with a pandemic when everybody is ordering online and they cannot keep up
got 7.74% hich i think that ebay should be a bit more lenient with them, looks bad when they where all sent on time by me
