i know i am not the only seller who has a very low opinion of ebay and indeed customer support per-se; Indeed the lack if it. when a buyer leaves negative feedback which is obvious malicious customer support tend to Hide behind policy and proceedure and not really get down to the issue of helping......i am not the only one to hold this view, but how many are there really 'out there' with this belief too? ie; Customer Support does not help sellers?
