just before end of auction cancells the sale and Bidding
only to put it on again ,
again I bid this time I win. I pay again she cancells and refunds but keeps 99p
This time she offers a buy Now puts price up
I decline she gets nasty
she has the ring again up again at a great inflated price.
can she do this
