items not received

been a month one of 5 items bought arrived there is no help it seems. no one home at the complaints desk.

i listed a few things that wouldnt list last a few days ago. even with the item number a blank page showed up? i had to relist them and it turns out i used my free bonus listings up on them items that wouldnt show after 2 days waiting. and im charged the selling fee on top of that.

so thats 5 items wouldnt sell and 4 out of 5 items bought arrived.

fantastic 98 pound it cost me for a £1.99 post card that did arrive.  ebay doesnt even have a shop front i can throw a brick through.

Your ost makes very little sense I'm afraid as there is nothing to show that you have successfully listed anything here.  You certainly will not have been charged a selling fee [12.8%] unless they have been listed and sold!

Have you actually set up your account to sell?

"no one home at the complaints desk".  There is no such thing is why.  If something does not arrive then you go to the resolution centre [link at bottom of all pages] and open a non-receipt case.  Unless seller can show delivery by tracking then - if you escalate after 3 days - you will get a refund in full.
