Hello people,
Ive recently purchased some wellie boots and when they arrived they didn't fit.
Prior to bidding I checked with the seller they were true to size which she confirmed they were. However, when I contacted her to tell her they didn't fit and to ask if I could return them she then told me they were slim fitting! I checked the original listing and this important piece of information was not included in the heading, the description or the information panel.
I always thought the seller was obligated to give an accurate description of the item they were selling?? Had she told me they were slim fitting when I queried the size I would not of purchased them or at the very least asked for a calf measurement.
The seller became very rude when I tried to discuss options, I even offered to cover postage costs to return them and only asked for the cost of the boots to be refunded but shes having none of it!
Ive tried to leave negative feedback but somehow that has been removed!!
Ive tried contacting Ebay customer services to complain but they re-direct me to the website where I keep going around in circles so have resorted to this forum in the hope someone can give me some information in dealing with something like this.
Any help or information would be appreciated.
