has anyone had the same problem ive had never recieved a parcel ............... but the parcel was signed for and you defo wasnt in at that time of delivery at school time..4 houses in the cul d sac none of the neighbours were in neither.............so the ONLY PERSON THAT SIGNED FOR THE PARCEL WAS THE DRIVER  AND NO PARCEL... complaint about it but lost my cash as ebay said the tracking number was provided.......... so the sell was nt TO BE BLAMED... IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF A PORTION OF MY CASH WAS RETURNED TO REPLACE THEPART I NEVER GOT

Couriers are not getting signatures due to covid, ebay are aware of this & accept tracking as proof of delivery.

If you know which courier, complain to them or look at CAB website for advice.

No point opening ebay not received case, as seller can prove delivery.
