Hi

How long does a buyer have to let you know that they haven't received their item ? I have just had someone contact me about this and I had posted it on the 1st May !

As they have up to 180 days to open a Not Received Case with Paypal, then the answer is 180 days.

Tell them to open a case. Unless you can prove delivery by tracked means you will end up refunding.

Well posted on the 1st May and not received you can safely assume it is lost in the post.

They are out of  time to claim with eBay,  but they do have 180  days to claim with Paypal for this. 

If a Paypal case is  oepned,  unless you have tracking or that 16 diigit number on your proof of posting ,  that shows delivery, you will have to fully refund your buyer.
