The buyer claims he has not received his item.I have a proof of delivery,
Have you put the tracking or 16 digit code onto the item in your Sold section
You should always do that straight away as soon as you post an item
If it shows Delivered then you should win the dispute
If the buyer has opened a dispute then make sure it is on there.
Is it proof the item has been delivered or proof of postage?
Proof of Delivery is not enough to win a dispute you must have the code or tracking on the item as soon as you post it. If the buyer opens a dispute it must say as Delivered for you to win. All disputes are done through the resolutinon centre and if you dont do it properly then you will lose. Makes no difference what the buyer says as Delivered is all ebay need. If the buyer has not received the item then they should check with neighbours and around the outside of their property and if still not found then they need to contact whoever say they delivered.
PUt it on now before they open a dispute as you may not be able to once they do open one
If they have try and make sure it is on and if not then you would have to contact ebay and ask them to put it on
