We currently have a item not received very high metric.
This is something that we have never had until the covid pandemic, which has had a knock on effect on the elivery times.
I am aware that ebay have put in place things to help aagainst this however this is only if you have tracking on the order the day of dispatch.
Unfortunatley we use system called Veeqo to manage multiple platforms orders including ebay, and the click and drop shipping method we use tracking push has been removed (by request of ebay) unless we pay extra for signed for tracked etc.
we sell lots of low value items and as freeshipping is king it is not vaible to add signed for to all orders as it would make us no competitive.
The result of this is that our sales have been massivallyt reduced, as ebay automatically adds days to the estimeated elivery times. In additon to this they will also be charing extra fees when the managed payments is introduced this month to accounts with high rates.
Has anyone had the same issue, and been able to fix the rate?
Does anyone have anther way of adding tracking information automatically ?
