item not as described

I bought an item which took a while to arrive so I opened a not received request.  In the meantime it’s arrived but the description and title states Bnwt and it’s not.  It’s also a different colour to the picture as they’ve used a library picture of a green pair and it’s not the same as the ones I’ve received

however I can’t open a not as described or return as a case is already open.  

Can anyone advise what is the best thing to do please?

You may need to contact ebay, to request that the Not Received Case be changed to a Not As Described case,

This is the only instance where you can open Two cases for one item.
