item not arrived

hi

i purchased an item that did not arrive, i contacted the seller who said please give it more time. By the end of the following week the item had still not arrived so i contacted the seller and cancelled the item and they gave me a full refund. then 13 days later the parcel arrives at my door, and i now have to pay for the returning of the item which means i will be out of pocket. I checked the tracking and the seller sent the item out 6 days after me cancelling and them refunding me my money. Can i ask ebay to get the seller to pay for the returning of the item as he obviously sent this out after the case was closed. I do not want the item i am going to be sending back.

if you have the refund then you ask the seller to send a pre paid label for the return if you dont want it

If they dont then you dont return it
