item delivered to pick up point but no ebay notification

i orderd an item to be delivered by today and paid for dhl 24 ebay tracking showed item deliverd to pick up point 10:30 wednesday but no delivery notification. went to store hoping to collect item " sorry call dhl" 1 hr of calls and emails and we will sort it , nothing happened so talk to ebay. Sorry we will get back to you in 12/24hr`s Way to late latest i can collect is tommorow morning.

has anyone got anything to help?

If you needed it quickly then click and collect is not the best method as there is always a slight delay between a shop receiving the item and the buyer getting the code.

You dont usually get to collect on the day if is delivered to the shop

If you have not received it then contact ebay and ask them for it
