is it unfair of e bay not to let us use pay pal any more for payment of sold items

Ebay no longer own paypal.

also as it is their site, they can do what they want, they never ask us.

To add, Although payments is not instant, takes a few days, at least you don't get monthly bill, all money paid into bank is after fees.
