is it against ebay policy to 'hire' equipment instead of buying and selling

i have come across a person hiring equipment and himself on ebay.....as far as im aware ebay is for selling and buying NOT hiring !...... i can not confirm ebays policies about hiring as i can find nothing about this matter ....I also can not report this to ebay as again its impossible to 'live chat' or find the correct headder to report this under to them !...

any help  would be nic

It's not against policy to offer photographic services.

The way I read the listing is that all the extra's are included in the price.

The seller is just trying to earn a living - why do you want to report him for that.
