I recently bought a used iphone 12 Pro at auction off ebay.
Before purchase I asked the seller if the battery was good and was assured it was.
When the phone arrived I checked the battery health before and after a full charge - 78%, 'your battery's health is seriously degraded'.
As a new battery is around £30 and quite a process to fit, I asked seller for a refund of £30 but not heard back from him yet.
Am I being reasonable?
Thanks
