My item has been bought by an international buyer, his payment is not going through what do we need to do

He can't Pay as your Postage is set to UK Only. Open an Unpaid Item Case in the Resolution Centre after 2 days and Close after 4 Full days to get an EBay Final Value Fee Credit. He will Receive an Unpaid Item Strike but should have checked out your Postage before Bidding.

Neither of you can Leave Feedback.

You dont have internation postage on the items I looked at so they will not be able to pay unless you send an invoice

Do you want to sell overseas?.

You dont have to and if you dont then you open a non payment dispute

If you have a non payer you open a non payment dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.

You can open one after 2 days and close after another 4 days.

You get your final value fees back the non payer gets a strike and neither of you can leave feedback.

If you dont do this then ebay do not know you did not get paid and you have to pay the fees.

You have 32 days to open a dispute.

Do not send that expensive item 2nd class postage

It must go special delivery with the correct amoun of compensation

If it goes missing or damaged you will not be able to claim

Also having the wrong type of postage can attract scammers
