inserting images in community board posts

OK, how do you actually insert an image into your post? On clicking the standard 'insert photo' icon, I get a pop up allowing me to insert a 'source' from a photo oinline source (like photobucket or something), but there is no option to 'choose file'; from your local hard drive. I have cleared my cache to no difference. Do Ebay simply not allow you to properly insert a photo?

(I'd love to show you the 'pop up' I get, but for obvious reasons, I can't LOL)

well answering your post I've clicked on the camera icon and inserted this image from my computer =

To do this I juast used the buttons revealed after clicking the camera icon.

Well obviously there is something wrong with my account when I do not get that option. With a normal company I'd contact them to see if I can get it sorted, but this is Ebay, they don't like their customers to waste time in contacting them LOL

Definitely my account is all f*cked up. Have tried 3 devices, and 3 different browsers. I get no option to post a picture, and also, I have been reduced to posting a darn 'comment', the option to post a proper 'reply' has now disappeared.
