impossible to list on ebay.

Hi, intended to list a few items this weekend but have found it almost impossible due to the description section not accepting text as it is typed.  The cursor keeps disappearing, and there is no response to key presses with only part of the typed word appearing or sometimes not appearing at all. After struggling for over 1 hour to write a few lines describing the item i have had enough and will not be listing any further items until this is fixed.

No listings means no revenue for eBay and i can always sell my items elsewhere.   Please note there is NOTHING wrong with my computer.

AS stated this is the first report of this issue so we have no other examples to use

There is nobody here from eBay....it is a member to member forum

As a work around have you tried typing the description into a text editor like notepad.wordpad & then copy & paste the text as one block ??

We haven't had had lots of complaints like this today, so despite you saying your computer is OK, I suspect it is at fault.

Trying clearing cache & cookies (ctrl+alt+shift), then sign back in to ebay.

Just the type of silly answer I was expecting. If in doubt blame the computer. There is nothing wrong with this computer and your answer is of no help but thanks anyway.

Well you listed 3 items today, so something is working.

Works ok using the advanced selling tool.. The quick selling tool or whatever it is called does NOT work at all. Whether eBay fixes it or not is entirely up to them. At least you have been made aware of the problem.

Quick listing tool has always been glitchy,especially when using with the app, I never use it,
advanced tool has more more options.
